What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide:
- Name, mobile number, city or town and state
- Highest qualification, current status and interest in placement assistance
- Optional details: email address, preferred language, preferred start date, callback time and your questions
- Your consent choices
If you later register for placement support, we may ask for your preferred roles and locations, languages, experience, joining date and CV. The initial enquiry does not require Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or document uploads.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry, the course, batches, fees and admission
- To provide placement assistance you request
- To send course and academy updates, only if you opted in to marketing updates
Sharing with employers
We share your CV, contact details and relevant training information with employers only after you give separate consent, and only for recruitment opportunities you choose to pursue.
Service providers
Enquiries submitted on this website are delivered to us by email through our email delivery provider (Resend). If you use the live chat on this website, your messages are handled by our chat provider (Chat Cobalt). We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
